These shipping terms cover all Television sales and their accessories
Orders may be cancelled no later than one business day prior to shipment. No returns for Credit/ Refund will be accepted. At NobilityBeyond.com’s sole discretion, authorized non-defective merchandise returned within 10 days from the shipment date will be subject to a minimum 25% Restocking Fee. In the event that NobilityBeyond.com authorizes return of merchandise, the merchandise must be returned in sellable condition including, but not limited to: original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packaging materials. NobilityBeyond.com has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return of merchandise. Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from NobilityBeyond.com. RA’s must be signed and returned within 5 business days. Do not write the RA number on the box. This makes it non-sellable and you will be charged a minimum of $200 for the replacement of a Display box. Display the RA number on the shipping label. Merchandise returned without a RA on the shipping label will be refused. Merchandise is to be returned with freight prepaid and insured.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of delivery. To return defective merchandise, immediately contact the manufacturer to verify defect and Obtain a Claim Number; then contact NobilityBeyond.com to obtain an RA. Please have the following information available: Manufacturer Claim Number, Company Name, Invoice number, Product Serial Number, Model Number of the product, Date of shipment, and a description of the problem.
III. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Orders are shipped FOB Origin, therefore damage in transit is the responsibility of the Reseller. Standard freight carrier insurance requires that damage be noted on the Bill of Lading and be reported immediately. Reseller must contact NobilityBeyond.com within 24 hours of receiving damaged product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in loss of insurance claim.
