We are a real company registered in the state of Florida, USA.   How do you protect me? The website is protected by (SSL) Secure Socket Layer which is that little padlock in bottom right of your browser when you arrive at a sensitive page, e.g. (Registration, checkout). We never accept a type of payment that doesn`t offer Secure Protection for the buyer as well as the seller (within USA). We also utilize many other back end security procedures. Your protection is as important to us as the integrity of the site itself. Protecting you is protecting ourselves.   What types of Payments do you accept? We are a real company, we accept all major credit cards. Unlike other companies we will not charge you 2% to use this service. We are the ones that want your business and we will absorb any such costs of doing business. We will not be accepting any paypal payments or any others of the type. Money orders and bank transfers do not protect you but it is preferred. In actuality, you can expect to receive incentives for using such payments which include but are not limited to percent discounts and coupons. It also opens up the opportunity for terms, in turn making buying simpler, and make supply more rapid. We wouldn`t recommend this unless you have bought from us in the past and you are happy with our service.   Why do you not accept other payments like paypal and escrow? Well we believe that credit card payments provide the best situation for all businesses involved. The very nature of our business does not allow for this approach. Paypal has a tendency to freeze money, which is not conducive for business, not even to issue refunds. With a credit card payment, you will have the peace of mind that your card (visa, master card, etc) can and will protect you. We get the money right away and we are more likely to be your first point of contact if a problem occurs.   Are you authorized to sell these products? Our organizations very structure prevents us from providing products to you that are not legit and authorized. We would also be sued vigorously by the brands if we were to violate their rules. We are a real business and hence are held liable for violations. We get our products direct from the manufacturer or from authorized distributors. Through these venues we have been authorized to resell them to you. You must understand that most manufacturers have a distribution channel. In many cases it is not possible to interact directly with the manufacturer. We are the next company in line, bringing you closer to the source than many of our competition. We have contracts with these companys to facilitate supply for example you will find us on www.lexmark.com as a reseller. In other cases our suppliers are listed directly on the manufacturers website. In many cases we are actually partners with the manufacturer, totally cutting out any distributors.   What is process time? Process time, is the time it takes for us to prepare your package. This may include retrieving it from storage or ordering the product from the distributor. If we cannot fill your order within the process time then you are refunded 100% of your money.   What happens after I give you my money? We retrieve your order direct from the manufacturer or from one of many warehouses spread across america.   Why do you only ship UPS or usps? On request we will ship through other carriers at the customers expense. From our experience we have noticed that UPS offers the best shipping price for big products and USPS for small.   Can I order something that isnt listed? If it falls under the Consumer Electronics Genre, then Sure!!! Our connections fall within those bounds. Many times we will not post something because we do not believe we have a market for it or just havent gotten around to it. For example with games for game consoles, there are so many titles, that we havent gotten around to posting. Just contact us and we will look into providing this service for you.   Do you ship outside of America? YES BUT!!! There is not much protection for companies outside of the USA. You will have to pay with a form of cash payment. That way, you know where to find us and we know there isnt an opportunity for fraud.   Do you Dropship? no   Do you accept returns? Of course we do. Know your rights, we have to. Just read our shipping and returns page. In a summary it says if we made a mistake then we will give you your money back minus (-) shipping or replace the product. If you made a mistake eg (change your  mind) well, you owe us money. In any case feel free to contact us. Anything at all, incorrect shipment, defective goods, bad buying experience. Whatever it is, we are here to help you and we will work with you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. In fact the first thing we expect you to do after you have checking the product is contact us so that we know your level of satisfaction.   Do you care about the small business? Well the very nature of our business is for you. From the person trying to sell in an online auction, to the person trying to stock their retail store, you should look into our company for supply. We researched this market and found that few companies seemed to promote growth of their customers. Rather, we found that there were very small margins for profit for the end user. Our setup gets you factory bought products, just like the big companies, but at a realistic price where you can grow and actually make a living. This also means you come back here more!! We can never promise to be competitive in your particular market (selling place) but we will strive to be as far below retail as possible. We are always in negotiations with factories to offer better rates.   Are you personal or am I just a number? Well actually, before we order anything, we will call you to make sure that you made this purchase. It is part of our policies to protect the customer from identity theft. We dont believe it gets much more personal than that.   Can i sell through you? This is possible but their are guidelines. Get in contact with us and we can work out the details. As a blueprint you can expect the following requests. 1) provide valid Tax id, 2)be in the country of USA, 3)Form of authorization to sell the products that you are offering. 4) Valid contact information where you can easily be reached during normal business hours, 5)Porpvide sample products 6) produce competitive prices, 7)must be willing to offer reasonable MOQs, 8) Be able to supply large amounts of your product in short notice (under 5 business days). At no time would you be in direct contact with our customers but, you can expect to receive all requests for the product that you provide.    Want to buy big and get rewarded?
